Service terms for TourScape.
Your source material
You retain ownership of your uploaded files. You authorize TourScape to store and process the files you select into the outputs you request. Only upload media you have permission to adapt and share. Preserve required photographer, listing-source, and geographic credits.
Your first full film
One introductory full cinematic collection is $6.99 for one property per independent verified customer or company (one shared introductory offer for the entire company), with 3–20 forward-moving scenes, branding, music and downloadable reels. This is a one-time payment with no subscription. The regular one-property collection is $29. Payment must be confirmed before new production. Use the purchased collection within 30 days. Previously completed complimentary films and explicitly accepted private pilot allowances are preserved. The allowance is reserved when production starts, consumed when you approve the finished collection, and returned only when cancelled before processing begins. The offer stays bound to the original property and source photographs. Once processing begins, cancellation or failure cannot unlock another introductory purchase; recovery uses the existing order. Short samples made before this offer do not use the full-film allowance. Company employees share this offer; adding, replacing or removing employees does not renew it. Separate signups using the same company email domain share one offer. Accepted agency membership remains part of introductory-offer eligibility after access ends. Common personal email providers are not treated as a company. Accounts or alternate email addresses must not be created to bypass the limit. Production may pause when rendering capacity or its allowance is unavailable. Direct social posting and scheduling with separate film and post approval are coming soon. Advertising is separate and platform advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms.
What production means
New films generate forward-moving scenes from photographs or assemble your supplied forward-moving footage. Camera generation can change details. Neither is a measured 3D tour, inspection, or guarantee of property condition. Processing times are estimates, and generation can fail. Interrupted processing needs recovery of the existing order before more generation.
Revisions and corrections
Each introductory or regular collection includes one creative scene-revision round before final approval. Select all affected scenes and submit them together; approved scenes are preserved. Verified property-detail or technical defects are corrected at no charge and do not consume the creative round. Reporting a defect does not automatically authorize regeneration. Repeated unsuccessful correction stops automatic retries for source-footage recovery. Music, branding, captions and room order can be adjusted before final approval using existing scenes. Extra creative regeneration, new photographs or a different property require a separately priced order; additional revision checkout is not available yet and no automatic charge is made.
Before you share
You are responsible for checking the film against the actual property, including permanent features, room connections, views, factual statements, and attribution. Do not publish inaccurate property representations. Confirm MLS, brokerage, and platform requirements, including any AI disclosures.
Music
The selected TourScape instrumental may be used as part of your generated property film. The music library is provided for film creation, not standalone music resale.
Payments and renewal
Paid checkout is available. Selecting a product does not place a paid order until payment is confirmed. Starter is $58/month for 3 properties, Pro $97/month for 6, and Team $247/month for 20. Annual plans are $516, $864 and $2,208 respectively, charged upfront each year. Subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until you turn off renewal in your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term; access remains until then. Collection allowances renew monthly, including on annual plans. Existing subscriptions keep their original terms. Unused monthly collections do not roll over. Removing or replacing team members does not reduce an annual commitment or create a refund.
A standalone property collection is $29 once. These one-time purchases do not create a subscription and their allowance is valid for 30 days. Recurring additional portfolio capacity remains unavailable until separately qualified. Collection rights are added only after confirmed payment. Direct social posting and scheduling with separate film and post approval are coming soon. Advertising is not active yet. You pay platform advertising spend directly to the platform.
Each purchased collection includes the revisions and verified corrections described above. Failed production uses recovery of the existing order; it does not create a new charge or another welcome allowance. If the order cannot be completed, contact hello@gettourscape.com for recovery or payment review. This does not limit any rights required by applicable law. The exact charge and renewal interval are shown in Stripe before payment.
Refunds and cancellations
To request a refund or report an incorrect charge, email hello@gettourscape.com from the email associated with your TourScape account and include your order or payment reference. Refunds require review and are not issued automatically when you cancel a project or subscription. Contact us before production begins if you no longer need a one-time collection. Once processing begins, we first seek to correct verified defects or recover the existing order; if we cannot complete it, contact us for refund review. Cancelling a membership turns off future renewal and preserves access through the paid term. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over, and removing team members does not reduce or refund an annual commitment. These policies do not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
Privacy and help
Project uploads and outputs are private to your account and the authorized TourScape operator unless you create a share link. You control sharing and can stop it from the property studio. Showing links open a booking service chosen by the publisher; that service or the listing representative handles appointment confirmation. Read our privacy notice.
